With the support from the Governments of both Vietnam and Singapore, Vietnam Singapore Industrial Parks Joint Venture Company Limited (VSIP JV) was established in 1996 in Thuan An, Binh Duong. Up to now, in Binh Duong, VSIP JV has been developed three IP projects (VSIP I, VSIP II, VSIP III), attracting over 600 investors from more than 22 countries and territories with a total investment capital of over 8.2 billion USD, creating 150,000 jobs for employee.
Accompanying the economic development of Vietnam, VSIP JV has cooperated with many partners to establish VSIP Group. Besides Binh Duong province, VSIP Group also continuously develops projects in other provinces and cities across the country. To date, VSIP Group has been developing 11 projects with over 10,000 hectares gross land bank including industrial, urban and service land.
VSIP JV has been continuously honored with prestigious awards such as "Best Industrial & Logistics Developer in Vietnam" voted by Euromoney (UK), " Top 40 foreign-invested companies with excellent performance for sustainable development” by SaigonTimes; Golden Dragon award of Vietnam Economic Times for typical foreign-invested companies in Vietnam; "20 typical architectural works of Vietnam" by Vietnam Architects Association... After 26 years, the company's welfare policies have been focused on building and growing when continuously providing various insurance packages for employees and their family, counseling sessions and thematic talks on health and safety, periodic health checkups at international hospitals...
