Nam Long is a corporation with 30 years of experience in real estate development in Vietnam operating with the Business Units model, consisting of 3 main business segments: Land Development, Township & Residential and Commercial & Venture.
Currently, Nam Long's total assets reach more than 24,800 billion VND and owns a clean land of 681 hectares at key locations, ready to develop as well as ensure the development plan of the next 10 years of the business units. The list of shareholders and international strategic partners cooperating with Nam Long includes several big brand names such as Nam Viet Ltd. In 2022 – 2023, the Group has been and will be focusing on promoting employee development programs as follow:In 2021, the Group completed the leadership opportunity matching for senior leadership team (C-level) to develop a suitable training and development plan in 2022 for them.
In 2022 and 2023, the Group will continue to conduct leadership opportunity matching for the remaining leadership levels and employees in order to plan suitable training and development for everyone.
Establishing Nam Long Group Academy to build and implement human development strategy to meet the Group’s 2020 – 2030 development strategy:
- There is a training roadmap and budget for each level in two years 2022-2023
