Osotspa, a leading Thailand-based consumer products manufacturer and distributor, was established in 1891 and listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) in October 2018. Osotspa has continued to deliver a wide range of products using advanced technologies with a clear purpose to enhance the livelihoods of consumers and society under the vision of “The Power to Enhance Life.” Over 131 years, the Company has continued to grow through adaptation and innovation development for broader product portfolios in three categories of consumer products: Non-alcoholic beverages (including energy drinks, sports drinks, and functional drinks); Personal care products (including baby care and women’s beauty care); Health and confectionery. Apart from its brands, Osotspa also provides product and packaging manufacturing to third parties through joint venture agreements and OEM agreements. Besides its’ domestic market, Osotspa also exports its products to 33 countries around the world, including Myanmar, Cambodia and Laos as the main international markets.

Digitalization and the Workforce

The Company encourage employees to utilize “OSP Life”, a Digital HR solution application on smartphones. The application is a brilliantly simple ‘one stop’ service that connects all employees to the Company and colleagues with crucial information such as the company profile, telephone directory and online learning platform. The tool includes a number of engagement activities as well as the Reward and Recognition feature aimed to create a positive work culture.

Hybrid Workplace

The work-from-home trend which emerged in the middle of 2020 has brought both challenges and opportunities. To stay agile amid this trend, the Company applies a ‘hot desk’ practice when it is necessary for staff to come to the office. This allows employees more flexibility for their health and safety while promoting creativity in the workplace. In addition, several digital platforms have been introduced to support remote work productivity, e.g. MST, e-form processes, and office smart service requests.
