During the company's facing the COVID-19 crisis, we have changed many things, one of which is that we have changed the corporate culture. Our employees at all levels are involved in building company culture from the start and have been summarized nine behaviors known as Rules of Success. We bring Rules of Success as a core element of our Employee Journey, from branding to talent recruitment and selection, to onboarding program, career path, training roadmap, and performance management to provide reward & recognition, as well as the perspective from departed employees. We use Rules of Success to drive business up and turnaround again.
We believe that making employees happy and engagement starts with listening to them. Therefore, we have a variety of communication channels with employees to listen to employees. There is M Connect, employees can share ideas to streamline work processes, suggest activities, share good moment, increase work safety and appreciate each other at all times. Employees and executives will visit the branch to encourage, support staff at the branch, solve problems and listen feedback to make employees work more efficiently. We conduct engagement survey every quarter and use the results to plan the work for employees to trust in the company from the management level to the operational level.
