Established in 2007, Krungthai-AXA Life (KTAXA) is a joint venture between Krungthai Bank PCL., the largest state-owned bank in Thailand and the AXA Group, global financial protection, and asset-management specialists. Krungthai-AXA Life promotes and encourages new skills so that employees can reach their full potential and grow. We have launched the Exploring Space Development Program to encourage employees to ‘Go-Beyond-Limit mindset’, which is about pushing through ones’ mental boundaries and going beyond ones’ comfort zone. This program includes two programs: A General Mission program, that includes 5 missions where employees can develop their personal and professional skills through leadership sharing, external guest sharing, and online learning. These missions are suitable for all employees. While the Special Mission course is a 6-month ‘Design Thinking’ Bootcamp for High Potential Talents to work with cross-functional teams using the ‘Design Thinking Process’ that helps challenge assumptions, redefine problems and create innovative solutions and a more prosperous future for the company.
