Established in 2016, KASIKORN Business-Technology Group (KBTG) is the technology arm of KASIKORNBANK (KBank), one of Thailand’s largest commercial banks. Being an organization that operates independently from the bank enables us to grow rapidly, matching the speed of technological advancement. KBTG oversees more than 500 applications, from the core banking system to digital service channels, including K PLUS, nation’s number one mobile banking application with over 18.6 million users.

That is why we regularly conduct rountables, deep listening sessions and surveys to empathize with them, learning what sparks their joy or stands in their way. We then turn those insights into real action plans to ensure employee’s satisfaction and enhance their experience.

As the world faces an unprecedented crisis that is COVID-19, KBTG did not hesitate to implement the work from home/anywhere policy to guarantee employee’s safety. This prompted the HR team to find new approaches to maintain employee’s morale and well-being, so we designed assorted activities such as quarterly all-hands meeting, virtual concerts, online workshops, fun exercise classes, and KBTG Re-connect, an outing program that lets all employees design their day out however they like with the budget provided.

KBTG is filled with bright minds of the new generations and skilled specialists who have been in business for years. Wanting to be the place where everyone can embrace their passions and explore all possibilities, we foster their growth and capability through KBTG Academy’s various training programs, offering training in both hard skills and soft skills.
