Employee Well-being

We value the importance of our team members' physical and mental well-being. Hence, as a company, we have established new initiatives to maintain employee well-being to answer the current situation:

Hybrid Work Arrangement
Since the world has begun returning to normal, We are opting to maintain a hybrid working arrangement. Elabram has allowed employees to work remotely for the past two years to ensure their health and safety.

With some equipment and software support from the company, we communicate and collaborate more easily among the members, although they are separated by distance. Our hybrid work arrangement also offers the right balance of convenience and productivity.

We implement this policy to ensure employees' feelings, health, and well-being in positive vibes.

Healthy Safety Procedure
At Elabram, we always prioritize office hygiene, health, and safety. We treat our employees, clients, and candidates with care. We regularly conduct deep cleaning and disinfection of the workplace, including equipment, and focus on high-touch areas. We also provide and ensure the availability of hand sanitizer and liquid soap for hand cleaning and hygiene purposes.

Onboarding Experience

The onboarding process is the company's first impression of a new employee. Therefore, it is a pivotal moment for making employees included from day one. During the orientation day, we have a few highlights that welcome our new family member:

CSR

As one of our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Initiatives, Elabram Elabram does charity activities monthly. It usually takes place in an orphanage or a nursing home. We cherish the meaning of charity dearly and believe in these programs for better social environments.
