We reorganized our entire HR structure from silo to be COE (Center of Excellence) where they will serve as supporting function in HR while creating our “ New HRBP Structure ” to serve as our front HR which is designed to be ‘ One-Stop Service’ for our line managers and employees to provide better efficiency for our line of business to be in touch with our HR Team.

We emphasized on career development especially for talent and successor. We partner with the business unit to create essential development strategy to prepare employees’ knowledge and skills prior to job relocation and having career conversation with employees. Chubb has also invested in the technology to help digitize and drive our career development process throughout organization.

In addition, employees’ wellbeing is one of the key components that we always give the priority. During COVID-19 period, we have established workplace policies and guidelines such as flexible working hour, COVID-19 WFH & precautionary procedures, accessibility channels and system in case of emergency or risk concerns that occur within the organization and communicated to employees for acknowledgment to achieve the same standards in the organization for the safety of all employees. Furthermore, we have organized various employee engagement activities under any circumstances both working at the office and at home throughout the year as the following:

Our goal in 2022-2023, we aim to transform to digitalized HR and Admin . By the end of this year, we will initiate digital channel to engage employee via mobile application to fulfill new normal working style and ensure that we can constantly engage, empower and motivate our employee wherever they may be.
