To satisfy members’ learning needs, our training roadmap includes regular on-job/off-job training, mentoring program, and talent empowering program. We care Employee wellbeing

Employee wellbeing is the most important issue for TSH. Here, we offer a safe and friendly working environment, including flexible working hours, employee wellbeing program, annual health examination, and reimbursement for employee activities. We also welcome employees to join our CSR projects to bring everyone’s effort to make our environment and society better. Furthermore, during COVID-19 outbreak, we’ve responded immediately at the beginning of the outbreak by actions such as workplace resilience policy and reimbursement expense for preventing COVID-19. We also held lectures and online activities to relieve the stress caused by pandemic while WFH. We stand with our people and their family because employee wellbeing has always been our top priority.
