SinoPac Financial Holdings Company Limited (abbreviated as SinoPac) consists of subsidiaries from a wide range of financial services including banking, securities, investment trusts, leasing, and venture capital. The Company includes a global service network with locations in Hong Kong, Macao, Nanjing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chongqing, Chengdu, Tianjin, Dongguan, Kunshan, Xiamen, Yinchuan, Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Los Angeles, and London.

Comprehensive Care for People

SinoPac Holdings is active to establish a safe and healthy work environment. In 2022, the President of SinoPac Holdings has signed the Occupational Safety and Health Commitment. SinoPac dedicates to put the sustainable enterprise into practice. SinoPac has also established multiple internal communication channels so that employees can voice their concerns in real time and can be understood clearly. It comprises the Employee Service Specialist, SinoPac Academy Website, iShare Website, an internal publication - SinoPac Newsletter, the seminar - Appointment with CEO organized since 2019 to now, and SinoPac Fun-Me newsletters, the Voice of Employees (VOE) ,and Personnel Officers projects that were first issued started in 2020.

Positive Work Environment

SinoPac Holdings has organized the "Employee of the Year Award" to adheres to the core concept of "starting from the heart", praises employees for their dedication and contributions, and appreciate for their innovation and thoughtful services. In 2021, 19 employees from thousands of domestic and overseas employees were selected in the forth "Employee of the Year Award" and the award is given regardless of their gender or title. SinoPac construct the award to establish paradigms for workplace behavior and create a positive workplace environment.

Talent Acquisition and Development for Digital Transformation

SinoPac Holdings focused on digital innovation for its professional training and therefore launched the Digital Transformation Project and Digital Talent Development Program. SinoPac also organized digital seminars and the FinTech Annual Meeting with the aim of increasing employees' digital skills. Furthermore, Turing Plan for AI Elites - cultivate top financial AI experts and attain SinoPac digital transformation targets. The Turing Plan included AI experts who were tasked with AI technology R&D and AI application development with a training period of 2-year and the OJT (On Job Training) project.
