Company History

The IDS Medical Systems Group (“idsMED Group”) is a leading integrated medical supply chain solutions company in Asia. idsMED Group is a Strategic Core business of the Fung Group, created through the privatization of the Medical Distribution business of the Fung Group on 1 July 2011. Since then, idsMED Group has emerged with an extensive distribution network covering various healthcare institutions including government and private hospitals, day surgery centers, specialist and primary care clinics, laboratories and nursing homes. In line with its expansion program in the region, idsMED Group now successfully operates in 9 markets: Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Philippines, Thailand, China, Taiwan and Vietnam.

Corporate Activities

As a member of Fung Investments, idsMED Group has offices in the nine markets - Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, the Philippines, Thailand, China, Taiwan and Vietnam. It provides a comprehensive distribution and value-added service network to over 10,000 healthcare facilities, including government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, specialist and primary care clinics, laboratories and nursing homes.

It represents over 200 global medical brands in equipment and medical consumables, focusing on various specialty divisions including Intensive Care, Infection Control, Surgical Workplace, Diagnostic Imaging, Patient Support System, Cardiovascular, O&G and Peri-natal, among others.

With 1,900 employees, including 800 professionally qualified medical and sales personnel and over 300 skilled bio-medical engineers, idsMED offers a one-stop solution for marketing and sales, biomedical engineering services, clinical care, reliable product management and logistics services.

InnoQ is the house brand of idsMED and focuses on delivering premier medical consumables solutions, adhering to the stringent selection criteria of quality, value, and innovation after an extensive search in the industry and across various manufacturing standards globally.

The InnoQ product line currently includes these categories: respiratory, sterilization, infection control, ultrasound, incontinence, and diagnostics.
