Introduction

Led by Rodolphe Saadé, the CMA CGM Group, a global player in sea, land, air and logistics solutions, serves more than 420 ports around the world on five continents. Backed by a fleet of 583 vessels, the Group transported 22 million TEU containers (twenty-foot equivalent units) in 2021. With its subsidiary CEVA Logistics, and CMA CGM AIR CARGO, the CMA CGM Group is continually innovating to offer a complete and efficient range of new shipping, land, air and logistics solutions.

During the pandemic, our employees worked safely from home, in line with the local regulations depending on the nature of the work. This year, the Group implemented flexible working arrangements for our employees to work up to two days a week away from the office. To enable a smooth transition to a hybrid work model, they have been provided with a telework guide and reliable digital tools.

We raise employee awareness and promote diversity and inclusion through mandatory training courses. A digital “C-Box Diversity” has been made accessible to employees to identify potential situations of discrimination and to plan concrete actions within the teams.

We see the need to strengthen our local talent pipeline to support the Group’s dynamism and growth. The Group collaborated with the Maritime and Port Authority of Singapore (MPA) to attract talent through maritime scholarships such as the Tripartite Maritime Scholarship, and new industry-wide initiatives to attract and empower the Singapore-based maritime workforce, tapping on the MPA Maritime Cluster Fund.
