We know that to truly make an impact, a whole range of voices, perspectives, and learnings are necessary. Regular engagement allows for us to gain valuable feedback on how we can look after our people and helps in creating programs that would best support their growth and well-being in Cargill.

To ensure that our employees have access to wellbeing resources and the necessary financial support for times of hardship, initiatives such as the Employee Assistance Program or employee disaster relief funds are available to all our affected employees.

We are also aware that the future of work is changing and through our conversations with our people, we are embracing flexibility at the workplace with hybrid arrangements, to provide them with the option of choosing between the types of work arrangements that would suit their needs, including being able to work fully remotely in our Singapore corporate office. Each employee is provided with financial support to help set up their home office and the additional costs incurred from working from home to ensure that regardless of where our employees are working, their productivity optimization will not be compromised due to the lack of or poor infrastructure support.
