Championing Diversity & InclusionTake for instance, AETOS was the first security firm in Singapore to receive the Enabling Mark accreditation, a national-level framework by disability support organisation SG Enable that benchmarks and recognises organizations for best practices and outcomes in disability-inclusive employment.
Security has always been a male-dominated sector or career of choice, but AETOS celebrates diversity and see value in empowering women with high potential in the organisation. Since we introduced our women leadership programme, there has been a distinct increase in the number of female employees, as well as those in managerial positions. In the last five years, AETOS saw 50% more women in leadership positions and a 300% increase in the total number of female employees.
Fostering an Engaged WorkforceAs part of our employee engagement strategies, AETOS adopts a multi-pronged, multi-channel approach to ensure that the contributions and achievements of our people do not go unnoticed.
