The Company was the first to bring premium student residences to the country in 2000, long before the rest of the market realized there was a demand for conducive and well-appointed residential projects around colleges and universities.
From pioneering student residences in the country, the Company has grown to become a dynamic, full-scale developer with residential, mixed-use, integrated-use developments, and leisure destinations across key growth areas in the Philippines.
Especially during the pandemic, we rolled out a comprehensive pandemic response program for employees which includes financial, transportation, housing assistance, and a mental health awareness program in partnership with Mind You, a mental health service provider that allows employees to access preventative therapy sessions with licensed psychologists or counsellors.
