TACO CONTRIBUTION FOR INDONESIA

2022 is a year that has shown us the hope of change after the long pandemic and lockdown period. Our company this year is aiming to help businesses manage their workforce to be more productive with great empathy. Our vision here is to become a source of blessing for all stakeholders, we are committed to building a better and normal start for people as we identify our workers' talents and help them so that they can lead others and identify their traits too. We use our influence to empower employees to grow as a person and as a professional.

Also, during the pandemic 2022. We contributed to our society such as mass vaccinations, disinfectant booths, masks, vitamins, and providing food for the underprivileged. We also held out “Mudik Bersama” with the TACO family which is intended for our employees and families who want to return to their hometowns during the holiday. This homecoming activity was carried out after almost 3 years of us fighting together against the COVID-19 pandemic.
For our society, TACO also contributes as a provider of the best interior solutions for laminate, hardware, and luxury vinyl flooring products. TACO supports the creative industry for SMEs in Indonesia. This commitment is expressed through the ‘Mitra TACO’ program, which targets business players in the furniture and interior services sector. This program also continues the ‘Karya Kita’ initiative in 2019 and 2021 as a collaboration activity with well-known designers and artists in Indonesia. Medium, small, and micro-business actors (UMKM) are one of the sectors that are most affected during the pandemic. Understanding this, TACO presents the ‘Mitra TACO’ as a CSR program established in 2021 to accommodate business players in the furniture and interior services sector to improve their quality through online training that can hone skills. ‘Mitra TACO,’ a CSR program initiated during the past pandemic, has now successfully empowered over 3000 business actors in the furniture and interior services sector in 47 cities throughout Indonesia. TACO won the CSR Awards in the UMKM category for this effort from the 2022 TOP CSR Awards.
