Founded in 2015, PasarPolis is Southeast Asia’s leading insurance technology (insurtech) company headquartered in Indonesia. Pioneering the Insurtech sector, the company’s objective is to democratize insurance by empowering all consumers with an evolution of innovative technology designed to provide affordable and easily accessible products, and a smooth user experience from purchase to claims.

We aim to become a brand associated with delight by delivering continuous product innovation and a frictionless insurance experience (among others, through faster & more integrated claims), while continually building the next generation of insurance with stronger consumer trust through delightful consumer experience. As the 1st insurtech offering instant claims where 80% claims are done in 18 seconds, in June 2022, 87% of PasarPolis’ total claim settlement (non-credit insurance) can be resolved in less than 24 hours. Following the company’s positive consumer response in Indonesia, PasarPolis has now expanded to other Southeast Asian markets, including Thailand and Vietnam.

Employee Health & Wellbeing Activities

During the pandemic, our team ensured that employees were kept connected and engaged with one another through different virtual activities as we were required to work remotely. On the other hand, we also support employee’s mental health and well-being by doing several initiatives such as providing wellness days twice a year (PasarPolis company wide day off) and providing online coaching sessions with psychologists.

Learning & Development

We instill the learning culture mindset for all employees. Not only do we provide training sessions based on our global competencies matrix, we also support our employees to equip themselves by actively joining courses outside the office.

Our employees are encouraged to take different kinds of training (in house and external) and participate in discussion or sharing sessions with everyone in the office, such as: Leader’s Talk (sharing about our leader's success and personal story), On The Menu (casual talk about newest topic, trends, tips & tricks) and Monthly Townhall (updating about company’s business progress, next and current issues).
