APPRECIATION CULTURE
FTLife strives to cultivate a culture of appreciation towards our staff by frequently launching various staff recognition activities. For example, the “Employee Well-Being Month Program” was launched in last December to appreciate the hard work of our colleagues throughout the year. A series of warm-hearted surprised gifts were given away to colleagues in 5 consecutive weeks. This year, a “Power Up Gift Pack” was prepared for everyone to celebrate their return to workplace after months of stringent control measures of COVID. Besides, all FTLife members were also invited to join an Appreciation Party themed with Local Street Food to recognize the commitment and dedication they made in the first half of 2022. FTLife addresses employees needs by actively listening to their voices via different communication platforms such as quarterly town hall meeting, management visits and employee engagement survey.
