Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting (WCCLG) is among the fastest growing FMCG companies in India. Wipro Consumer Care Vietnam has both the head office and the plant in HCM City. Our factory sits on a 10,618 m2 site in the ‘Vietnam Singapore Industrial Park’ (VSIP) and has recently undergone a major expansion to cater to the growing demands of the Vietnam domestic market as well as international demands from other markets in Asia. We started our operations in 1996 and since then we have built our brands and presence to proudly become the third largest non-paper personal care business in the market with double-digit annual growth and highly popular brands such as Enchanteur, Romano, Gervenne, Bio-essence, MaxKleen, Carrie Junior and Aiken.

We also give half year Special Appreciation Awards and annual Spirit of Wipro Awards to reward individuals and teams for their excellence in performance. Wipro proudly presents the Spirit of Wipro Run (SOW), an annual voluntary event across different locations. SOW has been organized for 14 years in over 126 cities with more than 100,000 participants. More than just a competitive marathon event, SOW aims to celebrate the collective passion to connect and to contribute of the whole team. Along with the run, we organize many activities for Wiproites’s families, our partners and customers. SOW is the largest engaging initiative to bond employees and internal teams across cities and continents.

In Vietnam, the 2020 Wipro Virtual Run attracted nearly 2,000 participants. After the event, all the money raised, company products and items given by employees were donated to charity funds in Binh Duong. Spirit of Wipro Run marks the positive impact we determine to make on our community and society in which we operate.

Career Paths: Current & Future Plans

We constantly review and identify key talents as well as develop plans for coaching, training and mentoring in a way that does justice to the true potential of our team and support them in the process of improving themselves, thus advancing the company’s performance. Good employees are considered to be given early opportunity and leadership roles in a less centralized structure. We also give our people room for errors so they have room to grow.

In August 2015, our Trainer Club was established to serve the purpose of building good internal trainers for the nationwide sales training programs and the development of internal training documents that suit the demand of the Sales team.
