AGILE OFFICE AND AGILE WAYS OF WORKING

We have recently renovated our office into Agile with the most modern, digital Agile Set Up while meeting the highest standards for the Green Office in Vietnam. Underlying is the Agile working philosophy, where we want to empower the teams, encourage them to collaborate, to experiment more and come up with innovative ideas, to act with speed and be responsive with the market. All HR business partners have been trained in Agile methodology and are implementing Agile practices with the business. By starting early with Agile since 2019 in both practices and mindset, we have been able to navigate through the disruption of COVID-19 successfully. Not only the speed of business delivery has been improved, but we were also able to build an engaged, energized and committed workforce, and above all, bring more value to our consumers and customers.
