At Sun Life, our Purpose is clear: to help our clients achieve lifetime financial security and live healthier lives. As we fulfil our Purpose, our myWellness strategy raises awareness and actions on employee’s total wellbeing - mental, physical and financial wellbeing, empowering them to bring their best self to work – everyday!

We promote physical wellness through annual Resolution Run and health clubs. We offer pension program or various financial talkshows to support employees on financial wellbeing. We introduce Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to provide family, relationship, financial and legal advice, and tools to help employees deal with challenges in work and personal life.
At Sun Life, we understand the needs of having a flexible working arrangement. We launched the program since Jan 2020 to include flexible working location and flexible working schedule, wherein employees are given greater degree of flexibility in how they fulfill their works, as well as supporting employees’ wellness.
