With that in mind, it is our aim to build an inspiring, optimistic and friendly working environment. We concentrate on harmonizing the overall abilities, qualities and health of our employees, by providing support at all levels to achieve a work-life balance and fulfilling them physically, emotionally and mentally.

With the desire of building a team of Sun Group members, who represent a new generation of Vietnamese people with prime qualities, abilities and professionalism, physically and mentally healthy, a variety of activities were launched and promoted widely amongst the organization such as our 100% non-smoking Sun Group campaign, Sun's olympics, Shining Sun, the Book Exchange programs, the Art and Culture perception programs, and the Change for Future campaign. All of them with the aim of spreading positive energy during the world pandemic.

In 2021, Sun Group, pioneers of turning danger into opportunity, joined hands with the tourism industry to recover from the effects of the big storm this pandemic has been. The people of Sun Group have silently, yet tenaciously, helped pave the way in the country’s fight against the disease. This can be seen in the Tien Son Field Hospital, built up by the Sun Group people at lightning speed in just 3.5 days, creating the steel shield for Da Nang. Also in the No.3 Field Hospital in Chi Linh commune, Hai Duong province which was built right at the heart of the infection. The most recent effort succeeded in delivering 30,000 food packages to struggling households in Da Nang during the social distancing period, and the support for medical equipment for big cities like Da Nang, Bac Giang, Bac Ninh, Hai Duong, Thanh Hoa, Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City despite difficult transportation conditions. The budget spent for CSR programs of Sun Group in the first 8 months of 2021 has already reached more than 1,000 billion VND.

CONCLUSION

Sun Group has developed a new generation of Vietnam step-by-step that will live and work wholeheartedly and responsibly for their society and for their patriotism, aptly named: S-generation.
