  • Climate change: For more than 20 years, we have acted to fight climate change and have worked to reduce the CO2 emissions linked to our industrial activity. To achieve this, we improved energy efficiency across all our facilities.

LEARNING NEVER STOPS at L’Oréal because learning is the enabler for everyone to prove himself/herself in achieving their goals, turning L'Oréal into The Ultimate Place to Grow.

Following the 70:20:10 development concept, a sizable percentage of L’Oréal net revenue is put back into people development initiatives, following the notion of reinvesting to develop our product. The majority: 70% - Action Learning through job assignment, project and rotation. Around 20% - Social Learning from learners' network interaction such as feedback, mentors, buddies, peers’ groups, community and tribes; 10%- In-Class Learning that can be mostly personalized and delivered just-in-time for each employee, thanks to the great digitalization in Learning we have been doing for years. We call it MyLearning.

More than 40% learning hours at L’Oréal Vietnam is self-directed. This is a fantastic indicator for our positive progress in strengthening our learning culture, where people are motivated to learn and take the driving seat in choosing learning topics for their own development.
