It is our tradition to recognize and celebrate these achievements at our company’s annual FLG Awards event, where over 70 awards are given out and thousands of gifts are handed out. We also recognize employees with unique talents in our FLG’s Got Talent competition. Further fun is had at our annual FLG Amazing Race held in both HCMC and Hanoi. These events see teams solving problems and competing in challenges whilst racing around each city.
At FLG Vietnam we also believe in giving back and have partnered with Heartbeat Vietnam from the VinaCapital Foundation who raises funds to provide life-saving heart surgeries for economically disadvantaged children with congenital heart defects. Together, we’ve set a target of helping +1000

...AND CREATING MOMENTS OF FUN & ELEVATION
A key secret to our success is simply staying active.We encourage our team to work out and to embrace one of our core messages “Fitness is Fun”. We create an environment for all employees to work out by offering free Fitness Memberships at our state-of-art fitness centers. We also encourage participation by Sponsoring Entrance Fees for employees in community fitness events such as marathons, trail runs and fun runs.
At FLG Vietnam we really believe in being a product of our product. We run Body Transformation competitions for our employees and even combine our management retreats with physical challenges. In 2020 our management retreat involved completing the 21-km Sapa Trail Marathon. Our management team conquered the challenge together.
In 2021 our executive team signed up for the adventure of a lifetime and went on a 5-day trip to explore the Son Doong caves in Quang Binh Province.
