Our policies and practices will provide directional guidance to employees for their work which they will use to ensure the compliance with our company policies. These will be regularly updated to meet the requirements of changes in business operations. Our benefit program is in alignment with market trends such as health care programs, medical check-ups, fitness club membership as well as all tools of trade.
We have regular activities both for employees and for the community. Our internal activities aim to engage leaders with employees and employees with other employees to build up DatVietVAC’s culture through boot camps, training, team building, a year end party, Happy Friday. Contributing to the community is always one of our top priorities. This has included sponsoring the Nam Phuong Foundation (NPF) to build bridges for the poor. We don’t just build bridges, we build gateways of necessity and opportunity for those in need. Working together with NPF and local governments, we’re dedicated to improving the lives of these communities through micro-infrastructure projects that are low cost, high impact, and long term. We have built 29 bridges (estimated cost ~VND29,252,169,000) in 10 provinces. We believe that by supporting local projects we can make a greater impact on issues that would not normally be addressed by larger philanthropic organizations. Additionally, we continuously strive to create greater positive impact on society year by year by sponsoring the Charity Fun Run of British Business Group Vietnam (BBGV), a long-standing partnership.
