Since our people are at the center of everything we do, creating the pipeline for future is one of the very critical parts, not only of HR’s but also of all departments’ accountability. Looking at the number of fresh hired over the last 6 years, BBVN has a new generation of Sales and Marketing Management, Production and Technology Transfer, Financial Controlling, Supply Chain Management, Human resources of nearly 100 young staff and supervisors. Pipeline for senior positions are also well prepared with the ambition to localise management team. Today, 67% of the company Board of Management is Vietnamese and female joins an equal part in the company management team.
With the culture of innovation, the company encourages every member, regardless of their job level or position, to initiate and share ideas for improvement days after days. Hundreds of initiates have been submitted since 2018, creating a high added value, and well recognised with bonuses and appreciation from the company management.
