To accomplish the objectives of supporting employees with the most capabilities of HR regarding the business direction, at True Group, we do not only facilitate employees along their entire employee lifecycle but we also aim to grow and utilize them to drive the organization with their efficiency at the most.

With the far-sighted vision in an aware of the limitation of the traditional HR function focusing on managing labor relations, solving employees’ problems in an obsolete approach (paper-based and administrative work) which will keep us away from our ultimate goals, by gradually continuous improvement for a decade, HR of True Group proactively transform its function to be ready in the age of technology disruption. Nowadays, we serve our employees through our single sign-on platform (SSO), as known as “True Connect”, which was developed and maintained by our digital company in True Group by providing self-service functions to them instead of in-person connecting at HR department, creating an online community for their connection and collaboration across different teams, or even working, managing and assigning tasks. At the same time, with reducing of paper and administrative routine tasks to support an abundant number of employees in the whole organization located across many regions in Thailand, our HR can emphasize on developing themselves and helping the business line with more partnership as a people strategic partner consulting them in perspective of people management and people development along with workforce planning by HR analytics.
Another advantage of HR technology deploying through the organization in easily accessible usage is to assure that our diversified employees of all segmentation can access and utilize it with fitting to their personal needs. And besides of the above one, HR technology is a solution of becoming an agile organization which is our main business direction. Employees cannot work across in the complexity unless they can perform their works with fully-function platform providing all needed supports. With our readiness to serve employees in the complicated environment, employees are encouraged to be supported in any situation even in a vulnerable change impacting from globally, economically, or locally situations. For example, during COVID-19 outbreaks, HR can support employees through online and virtual platform on True Connect. Employees can attend their work attendance through check-in/checkout function which their record would be stored on True Connect server and would be integrated to other employee data for analyzing their productivity and reporting back to management level. Or even of preparing engagement activities, during social distancing of COVID-19 prevention, HR employee relation team, sub-team of HR people growth and care, launches engagement activities such as exercising, learning forums, workshops through our virtual platform called VROOM.
However, HR of True Group does not neglect a function in the physical environment since our purpose is to serve with a full range of our employees’ need in an adaptive approach. We have still provided a physical support in necessary and have a physical contact point for employees who are uncomfortable to access the online platform or find a technical issue of using the platform.
