Our global and regional leadership programs partner with international business schools across the world. Locally, we are dedicated to nurturing our talents to support business transformation through several initiatives including our 2-year STAR Development Program and Action Learning Coach Program focusing on problem solving, developing high performing teams, and strengthening leadership. As a result, Takeda Thailand received the Best Application Award in 2018 by the World Institute for Action Learning (WIAL).
ACHIEVING GREAT THINGS THROUGH PARTNERSHIPSOur Global CSR Program & Partnerships play a vital role in disease prevention and strengthening health care systems through long-term commitments in developing and emerging countries. In 2019, Takeda Thailand partnered with the Thai Cancer Society to organize the “Share Your Rare,” to support and drive awareness to cancer patients and their caretakers on how to better manage the disease post-diagnosis. Takeda Thailand also partnered with 7 stakeholders in the Thai healthcare community and signed a 5-year MOU to raise awareness, diagnosis and standard of care in rare diseases.
Improving Access to Medicines for Thai Patients
We are committed to bringing several innovative, life-transforming medicines to address the unmet needs of Thai patients. Since 2016, we have continuously expanded our Access to Medicines Program, mobilizing collective action to tackle the growing burden of complex and rare diseases by strengthening healthcare systems in a sustainable way, at every stage of the patient journey - from awareness and diagnosis, to treatment and ongoing patient support.
