Employee engagement

At workplace where collaboration happens anywhere and anytime, with WFH guidance, we continue engaging through Microsoft Teams where we can even stay closer than ever spending quality time together through company kick-off, quarterly All Hands, monthly virtual wellbeing activities (cooking class, Dhamma session, mental health talk, series of live virtual fitness classes, etc.). The Clubs are formed by those having same interest in Exercise, Investment & Living Room to share their life experiences through Microsoft Teams.

Learning Culture

Learning Together, Grow Together, Be Together are the building blocks of cultivating a learn-it-all culture in Microsoft. Individual learning page is available for employees throughout the year with Learning Day once a month where employees can invest in their learning at own pace without interruption from business. New hires have opportunities to join bi-monthly Road to Success program in which tenured leaders share their career success wisdom and life coaching.

Skilling for Future

Microsoft’s vision is to continue equip young people with digital skills, so they are ready to achieve more in future careers. Microsoft has signed MOU with Council of University Presidents of Thailand recently under Education Transformation for Higher Education program to improve and promote digital skills learnings for university in Thailand through providing Microsoft Learn for Educators to teachers and LinkedIn Learning especially courses for profession in high demand. Teachers participated in Microsoft Learn for Educators can collaborate and share perspectives among teacher community and Microsoft specialist while students are granted Microsoft Azure usage for their unlimited online learnings.
