Established in 2007, Krungthai-AXA Life (KTAXA) is a joint venture between Krungthai Bank PCL., the largest state-owned bank in Thailand and the AXA Group, global financial protection, and asset-management specialists. KTAXA’s Hearts in Action program encourages a spirit of volunteering and fosters a great sense of community and employee collaboration. The company has also introduced a Virtual On-boarding Program for new joiners, presented by the CEO and CPO, People Care Session and CEO Meets Staff, which are organized monthly.

Employee Health and Well-being is our priority, we focus on both physical and mental health & well-being. We organised Health & Mental Well-being Day under the theme of “Amusement Park” namely “FIT & FIRM FEST” to create health conscious among staff and educate them about healthy lifestyle with various Physical and Mental Health Programs.
