EMPLOYEE WELLNESS BECOMES TOP PRIORITY
We continue to improve our reward strategy by revisiting the existing benefit policies and practices to ensure that employee’s well-being is cared for. Our Employee Wellness Program focuses on four areas – Physical, Mental, Financial and Family Support. In addition to a wide range of fundamental Physical Health benefits, such as health insurance and annual check-up, the employee’s Mental Health is now our focus, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. Thus, counseling service by an external expert is provided to help employees unlock their concerns. Staff loan package is also available as Financial Support in case of any unexpected circumstance. There are many other initiatives like top-up health insurance, paternity leave, and flexible work arrangement implemented consistently to support Staff’s Family.
BUILDING LEARNING ORGANIZATION
We are committed to investing in our talents. We empower our staff to take charge of their career growth through several people development initiatives. Back-to-School initiatives, followed by Back-to-College and Back-to-University, have been newly launched as a foundation for #teamCIMBTHAI to embrace changes and enhance people capability with series of training programs for both mass and targeted audiences by internal and external trainers. In addition, we have been rolling out a number of academies, Wealth Academy, Operation Academy, Digital and Data Academy, to upskilling and reskilling our staff to become future-ready workforce as well as supporting their career advancement.
