At B. Braun, we value differences. We strive to integrate different perspectives, thoughts, experiences and backgrounds. By strengthening an appreciative, inclusive, respectful and equal working environment, we create a culture in which all employees feel free to be who they are.

This is part of the Joint Commitment of all our employees towards our shared values and goals for us to protect and improve the health of people around the world.

At B. Braun, our employees are our most important asset. In view of this, we have introduced the Total Rewards Strategy to ensure that they feel fulfilled with a good “Work and Life” balance as our FAMILY.

The Company considers each of its member as a valuable contributor with different needs and priorities in life. Based on this foundation, the Company started to look at a more holistic aspect to what are more important to them as a human being, not only as an employee. Each of them has their own personal lives, passions, family commitment, hobbies and so on which will need some flexibility to fulfill their meaningful goals.

The Company, therefore, initiated to offer more flexibility through different policies such as;
  • Flexible working hours
  • Work from Home policy
  • Family and Life Care holidays and Birthday off day
  • Parenthood leave
  • Career Development
  • Recognition policy
  • Learning and development
  • Employee leading activities
  • Disaster relief Policy
With these benefits, employees feel a higher sense of fulfillment as both their personal and professional needs and ambitions can go side by side.
