Thailand Operations

Avery Dennison Thailand started its operation in 1995 with the manufacturing plant located in Rayong. In Oct 2018, our business expanded with the installation of a new high speed coater machine BK4 at Rayong plant. Today, Thailand has over 260 employees across all our sites.

Nurturing Young Leaders

Our Early Career Program (ECP) turns New Graduates into Associates with the chance to learn what it takes to rise to the top. The program includes specific streams for Operations, Finance, Innovation, Supply Chain and Commercial Sales & Marketing.

In a rotational program, our new Associates rotate through multiple roles to build management and global expertise. The program includes management assignments in different countries and or different functions.

Beyond management skills, Associates will have a unique opportunity to develop a network of mentors and peers. The Capability Development Framework provides for a robust personal development and functional training curriculum. The curriculum ensures a smooth transition from Campus to Corporate for our Associates and allows them to gradually develop into Professionals through carefully chosen learning interventions over the course of their 2 year long Program journey.

Our ECP Associates also often engage and interact with their peers in other regions through various community connect forums. These forums also provide an exclusive platform to socialize with our Leaders.

This year we successfully hired 6 ECP in ASEAN who began their 2 years journey with us in Sep 2020 and we are in the process of hiring another 6 more this year.
