Winning Mindset is one of HEINEKEN Taiwan’s fundamental culture. We build up Winning Mindset culture by inviting Leadership Team as the internal facilitators to demonstrate their role modeling behaviors by teaching the concepts and methods, embed Winning Mindset into employees’ daily job through the solid training program. We also further strengthen Winning Mindset by having all employees to be one-day sales and demonstrating the spirit of Winning Mindset through our unique team building activity HiCORE. HEINEKEN Taiwan offers diverse well-being program which includes group insurance for employees and their family members, annual medical check-up, on-site nurse for health consultancy, health related lectures and psychological safety trainings.
