Amgen started the operations in Taiwan since 2015, with the goal of to bringing more new treatments and clinical trials for patients in Taiwan. Over the years, Amgen Taiwan has devoted to delivering innovative health solutions to patients through innovative biologic therapies in bone health, cardiovascular disease, nephrology, oncology and hematology as well as biosimilars to increase patient access to biologic therapies. As a biotechnology leader, Amgen Taiwan has contributed to the biopharmaceutical industry through diversified investment, digital health initiatives and public-private partnerships, which further improves people’s quality of life and wellbeing. Amgen Taiwan rolls up its sleeves in furthering environmental sustainability efforts, works with Amgen Foundation to support Taipei Medical University Feng-Hsing Youth Service Group for the biomedical educational summer camp in rural areas to spur interest in for the next generation, and partners with the Hope Foundation for Cancer Care for the summer camp for cancer children of cancer patients to support cancer families.
