The Philippines continues to be a promising prospect for the dynamic and fast-growing BPO industry. Launched in 2014, TDCX Philippines now employs over 4,000 full-time employees providing multi-channel and omnichannel support services for global leaders in Luxury E-commerce, Hospitality, Social Media, Airline, and Technology. We also put ergonomics in great consideration through premium office designs best fit for the comfort of all employees and be inspired to come to work and express themselves. All operations are dedicated and housed in fully customized facilities in Metro Manila & Cebu.

Our 2 newest sites located in Robinsons Cyberscape Omega in Ortigas Center and Central Bloc, Cebu continues to be proof of the company’s growth and expansion.

To answer the industry’s congestion issues, we are always exploring areas with a reliable infrastructure and a steady supply of talent. With this in mind, TDCX will open a new site in Q4 of 2021 in “The Heart of the Philippines” – Iloilo City. This will help further boost the local economy by providing employment and a promising career.
