Our recently minted partnership with Tyson Food, a Fortune 100 company based in the United States of America, has accelerated our strive towards our aim. The team in MFM, being in the forefront of people safety, have responded rapidly to curb the spread of the pandemic in the organisation through intensive vaccination and screening of our workforce. We launched our signature Caring & Connected programme which helped our workforce sustain their mental wellbeing during this challenging time.People who Care for the community
Our Employees gave back to the community through the Ayam Cares, Ayam Dindings programme, where MFM employees, their families and friends and our business partners have donated more than 19,000 chickens to this cause by putting food on the table to those in need, including orphanage to the Old Folks home, to the Foundations that feeds the needy.People empowered to Grow

We have invested more than RM500 million in the state of the art processing facility equipped with technology and automation to ensure our nation and the world will have an adequate supply of joyous and quality meals. Our poultry farms are equipped with climate control and poultry growth prediction using infrared technology, houses one of the largest poultry standing population in the nation.Our workforce uses these data points from automation and technologies to perform data science, data analytics and data models to provide insights and predictions that are crucial to the business. Coupled with global market insights obtained, we strategically plan the demands of the business and the way forward for the organisation.
