Employee Resource Groups (ERG) enable us to attract and retain diverse talents, provide employee leadership development opportunities, and support several community patient initiatives to drive greater health and wellness education for all. ERGs also contribute to advancing our culture of belonging by fostering employee engagement, which positively impacts business outcomes.

The two ERGs are Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) group, of which Women Leadership Initiative (WLI) is a part, and Health & Wellness (H&W). Both D&I and WLI aim to advance the culture of inclusion and innovation, build a diverse workforce for the future, and enhance business results and reputation. We are proud of the hundreds of initiatives, coalitions, and partnerships we have in place to achieve one common goal: to help women thrive.

H&W encourages all employees to be healthy, not just at work but outside of work, and promotes a culture of health that is engrained in the company. This is possible through initiatives such as regular talks on mental health and other health conditions by healthcare professionals, weekly virtual workout classes, gym subsidies and annual health checks.
