CIBA VISION Batam has created prideful milestone as contact lens manufacturer in Indonesia with accreditation from US FDA. The business is continuously growing as the site currently has 4 key surgical product transfers and receiving recognitions for its quality, productivity, and people.

Especially, during this pandemic situation, CIBA VISION Batam ensure the necessity of protection given to associates. Safety protocol is strictly implemented within premise beyond just complying with health authority regulations. This including given surgical mask, vitamins, and thermometer to each associate; implementing and enforcing safe distancing guidance, private transportation arrangement for staff with no personal transportation; work from home arrangement for office staff, continuous briefing, report, and update on cases and the prevention; and many other protection program. Including care package for suspect or infected associate. Even the way the company operate is adjusting with new normal condition.
