- Distribution of care packs and grocery vouchers as well as complimentary Vitamin C injections;
- Mental health support to help colleagues undergoing treatment to get through the difficult times;
- Reimbursements for rapid or swab tests facilities;
- Awareness of the importance of good health and hygiene and set up a ‘well-being hotline’ for colleagues to receive free consultations with certified doctors on how to improve mental and physical well-being;
- HR hotline serving as a centre for functional coordinators to report COVID-19 cases and for colleagues to raise questions in regards to COVID-19 measures;
- Internet and phone credit allowances to help colleagues work remotely and more effectively;
- Transportation allowance for our colleagues who work in the office to avoid public transportation, especially during peak hours.
We are driven by unwavering commitment to caring for our people, by building a safe, nurturing and inclusive workplace where all of our people are treated respectfully and in professional manner.
