Our commitment to communities

For the past 20 years, we have collectively demonstrated our commitment to the community through Impact Day volunteering. By focusing on making an Impact Every Day we support our people to engage with communities year-round, addressing the issues that are most important locally. We support all of our people to volunteer in their communities. As part of Deloitte’s Impact Every Day initiative, we collaborated with a crowdfunding platform based in Indonesia, which provides tools and resources for students to gain access to online learning materials for more inclusive and equal education opportunities. Our colleagues within the firm contributed to this effort and donated various items including laptop and stationery packs. In addition, used laptops were also refurbished by our IT team to ensure that they were equipped to support online learning in seven boarding schools in DKI Jakarta, West Java, and East Java. Through this initiative, we aim to reduce gaps among students as some struggle to gain access to educational materials and equipment required to support distance learning. In these unprecedented times, our colleagues, are making an impact every day in so many ways.

Joyous of working in the firm

While we help employee realize their full potential, we also want our employee to enjoy their time at Deloitte. Starting from Deloitte Got Talent and Deloitte Sports, employees are given the stage to unleash their talent and hobbies. The annual Impact day is our way to give our attention and responsibilities back to the society. Our inclusion program provides event that put women on the forefront. We do our Returning Mothers Event to help new mothers to adjust back to the work environment. The fun and festive Year-End Party is famous for workers to connect, have fun, and close the year together. With our various event being held regularly, employees are assured to have a good time working here.
