As a part of the global CCEP system, in CCEP Indonesia we operate eight manufacturing facilities in Sumatra, Java, and Bali employs a direct workforce of more than 5,500 people and distributes a million cases of refreshing drinks to more than 450,000 outlets across the nation.

At CCEP Indonesia, we believe our long-term success lies in creating a workplace that is safe, flexible, and inclusive for our people. Their safety and wellbeing, their family, and the people around us is our priority. Our Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) program provides substantial safety trainings to all employees based on global requirement of Coca-Cola Regulations (KORE), which are strictly audited regularly. Our safety scope covered not only our employees but also our third-party partners and contractors in coaching program to minimize the risk of accidents, injuries, and exposure to health hazards. In 2020 especially during unprecedented times, our OHS team consistently support and protect our people by providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), daily monitoring employee through self-assessment, disinfectant for all of our work area, and providing module and training related to COVID-19 preventive action and managing COVID-19 cases in workplace.

We consistently support our people to grow their career aspirations and exceptional talents by building strong Capability Development Program that has been a key enabler in our transformation journey since 2014. We take pride on our initiatives in developing skills through 11 Technical Academies, Leadership Capability programs and specific talent focused programs including the Graduate Trainee Program. To date, CCEP Indonesia has managed to achieve more than 47,000 training days, 3 times the number achieved by the company in 2014. We also started digital learning in 2019 with Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR) and strengthen the digital learning in 2020 to support the capability development of our employees with working from home arrangement and restrictions that were not supporting in-class training. With digital platforms Learning Management System (LMS), Micro Learning (Ed Application) and webinars led by our own internal certified trainers, our digital learning contributed to 50% of our training days achievement in 2020.

Our commitment to grow together with Indonesia is proven not only through our tenacity to learn and develop our people, but also to integrate our corporate social responsibility and sustainability pillars everywhere we operate. In this pandemic situation, we are committed to do our part to help prevent the further spread of the virus, while also supporting the needs of our customers, consumers, employees and communities, through initiatives such as: provides Gotong Royong Vaccination for employees and family members, beverage donations provision to the health sector as well as public service frontliners, conducted training on hygiene and safety guidelines of the new normal for small enterprises to build their confidence to re-open their outlets, as well as donated 10 billion rupiah to Palang Merah Indonesia (The Indonesian Red Cross Society) to assist its effort to support the health sector as well as larger communities to cope with COVID-19 spread. Moreover, our employee also contributed through donation by giving in total IDR 36 million to provide Personal Protective Equipment to frontline medical staff.

As a company with more than 5,500 employees, we are a team of dedicated, engaged and highly capable people who are making our favorite beverage brands a reality. We recognize our people’s contribution through our internal Annual Awards for best performing teams and individual, and Service Awards for years of services starting from 5 years up to 30 years. We offer academic scholarships to our employee’s children who excel in their academics. We have supported over 800 children since 2018 and will continue to empower them for the future through the “Anak Hebat CCEP” program. With the pandemic situation starting last year, we committed to supporting our employees' well-being by enhancing their knowledge about physical health and emotional well-being through health talk sessions, counseling, financial education sessions, and more through our Employee Assistance Program.

We work as one, igniting ideas and innovation across our operations. We manage multiple internal communication channels such as the internal bi-monthly tabloid “ANTARKITA” and corporate social media across group at Workplace, powered by Facebook. In 2020 we strengthened our connection as a team through digital platforms. This includes our Live Virtual National Townhall, where our employees across Indonesia can join us the get business updates, the company’s achievements, ongoing and upcoming activity directly from our leaders. We make sure all messages are aligned to every part of our Operations by establishing the “Bapak/Ibu Program,” where we appoint leaders in each area of Operations to create a cross-functional communication forum to discuss and resolve issues to build positive synergy in their region.

These efforts shown positive contribution to our annual employee engagement score which increased from 63% in 2014 to 87% in 2021.
Actively building strong Employer Value Proposition, we conducted CCEP Goes to Campus in collaboration with more than 25 universities across Indonesia to introduce our Graduate Trainee Program. We collaborated with Ministry of Manpower to support the government’s agenda towards youth, specifically in developing their skills and job readiness, through Train the Trainer modules in vocational institutes. We see a positive impact on our employer brand and based on a custom research by Universum for Indonesia, CCEP Indonesia ranked third for Graduates category and second for Professional Hire category. We are also awarded as Top 3 Best Corporate Universities, Top 2 Best Companies in Creating Leaders from Within in 2018 by SWA and one of the Best Companies to Work for in Indonesia by HR Asia Award.

We’ve never stood still, constantly evolving and adapting to the changing markets, consumer tastes, and technology.
