Inclusion & DiversityOne of PVH’s greatest strengths is our people, and our collective desire to create an inclusive workplace environment where every individual is valued, and every voice is heard. Our culture is grounded in our company’s values, and we are cultivating an environment of inclusion, belonging and equity for all to build a better workplace, drive innovation in the marketplace and create positive impacts in our communities. Our Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) team does this through offering courses under the I&D Academy through PVH University and supporting our Business Resource Groups. We are also a founding member of “PRIDE in FASHION”, a collaboration of companies in Hong Kong supporting LGBTQIA+ causes in the apparel industry.

PVH University – our global learning platform provides educational and development tools and opportunities that empower associates to set ambitious goals for themselves and their teams to rise to new challenges. An extraordinary year of agility and resilienceThe global pandemic is known to be one of history’s most challenging for humanity. Its impact has become a stress test of agility and resilience for many organizations. In the shifting landscapes of worldwide recovery, PVH’s priority remains strong to its people. We take health, safety and wellbeing of our associates seriously, including how we work now and, in the future. In times of high uncertainty, we have unlocked incredible potentials of work and productivity optimization of the future.
Agility is key – we swiftly adopted remote working and split-teams on staggered schedule, and the hybrid model has become a permanent feature today. Work-from-home allowance was introduced to support remote workspace setup, which was widely welcomed. Associates embraced virtual collaboration technologies and practices to sustain productivity, and continue to learn new ways to create community connectedness.
Regular communication was vital and employee feedback became increasingly important to inform future measures to keep everyone safe. 2020, though challenging, was a year of extraordinary change, of reflection, and of gratitude to associates. PVH’s strength of resilience is testament to the way associates united in the face of unprecedented circumstances and we honor them in recognition of their accomplishments via a first-ever, region-wide virtual appreciation celebration.
