LIFE AT KNIGHT FRANK
Staff Well-BeingIn addition to core staff benefits, a voluntary benefits programme extends comprehensive insurance coverage for employees and their families based on individual needs.
For work-life balance, the annual leave entitlement for all employees increases according to length of service. Upon reaching every 10 years of service, we award employees for their loyalty, commitment, and contribution with extra leave and other rewards. We give employees 1 day’s paid leave in the month of their birthday.
With the aim of helping our colleagues to be at their best, both mentally and physically, we run “Wellness Week” every year to promote a healthy lifestyle amongst our workforce.
Our “Knight Club” comprises committee members from different departments, and regularly organises social activities including sports events, cooking and handicraft workshops, and CSR activities.
Staff Health & Safety
The health and safety of our employees are always our top priority. To ensure a secure and safe workplace, we have heightened office hygiene by regular disinfection of meeting rooms and common areas throughout the day, and close supervision of daily office cleaning before office hours.
We have implemented flexible work arrangements including flexible work hours, flexible lunchtime and work rosters. We have invested in IT resources by replacing desktops with laptops, and upgrading our IT infrastructure to facilitate remote working.

LEARNING AT KNIGHT FRANK
TrainingOur comprehensive learning and development courses, both classroom-based and e-learning, cover a wide range of topics including: new joiner induction, technical skills and updates, health and safety, risk and compliance, business skills, and management and leadership skills.
“Learn & Grow” is a series of topical seminars at which Department Heads share their professional and technical knowledge with junior staff to keep them abreast of the latest industry trends and updates.
To nurture talent and equip our people with skills to become our next generation of leaders, Knight Frank sponsors high-potential staff on the Ivey Business School’s Accelerating Management Talent (AMT) Programme.
Support for Professional Qualifications
Knight Frank grants study and exam leave, subsidises course fees, and reimburses professional body membership subscriptions.
COLLABORATION AT KNIGHT FRANK
Knight Frank emphasises the importance of collaboration and integration across regions, departments and offices. Company-wide team building activities are organised on a half-yearly basis to promote collaboration.Employees gain business insights about other departments at “Get To Know” seminars, during which teams take turns introducing their capability, track record, and clients to facilitate cross-selling and collaboration.
Our web-based “Collaboration and Referral Tracker” provides a firm-wide platform for tracking collaboration and referral opportunities. An award is given quarterly and annually to the employee who registers the most collaborations and referrals to applaud their spirit, and another award is given to the individual who refers the largest piece of work billed.
CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Global ProgrammeKnight Frank’s global “Building Foundations” programme actively encourages CSR and giving back to the communities in which we operate. This includes a “Day of Giving” once every two years when Knight Frank around the world commits to a firm-wide charity event.

Locally, we organise regular CSR activities with NGOs and participate in fund-raising events.
Environmental Protection
Knight Frank is dedicated to minimising the environmental impact of our business. Our Green Committee actively promotes reducing our carbon footprint at work and at home.
