Certis Hong Kong and Macau offers a comprehensive range of security services from manpower to security consultation and technology, and is a subsidiary of Certis Group, the leading advanced integrated security organisation in Asia. The Certis Hong Kong and Macau umbrella encompasses Certis Centurion Facility Company Limited and Certis Technology Limited, two companies which provide world-class security services in manpower and technology respectively.

Entering the 40th year of service, Certis Centurion is one of the key security players in Hong Kong. We are a Government Accredited Training Organization for Security License Permit, providing various training through our employment to upgrade our service standards. In 2020, Certis Centurion has awarded the ERB Manpower Developer Award for the quality of our training.

Certis Technology, inheriting the rich insights and patented technology from our parent company, has been providing advanced integrated security services to both Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR market since 2006. It is also one of the top security providers for casinos.

As part of our unique Business Process Re-engineering and OperationsTM (BPRO®) Framework, Design Thinking has been implemented, in which our employees work collaboratively to come up with new solutions by considering what is most needed now.

In Design Thinking, teamwork is established from the very beginning of projects. Our team come together to determine the project’s direction and long-term goals and to exchange ideas of various components of the project, such as business opportunity, brand vision, client survey, potential challenges and risks, etc.


The pandemic has dramatically put pressure on Certis Leaders to transform and automate. Our leaders successfully shifted their focus toward three aspects: Reinvent ways of working, Upskilling to address the digital skills gap; Leverage innovative talent development models.

In 2020, we launched Certis Learning Management System (LMS) and conducted a Virtual Staff Retreat which was definitely a feat of employee engagement. When everybody was struggling with when and how to foster effective communication and learning in the pandemic, Certis mustered the courage to take the key step and said “yes” to every new opportunities and challenges.


People are what makes the organization. Certis Hong Kong and Macau has been awarded the Caring Company logo for three consecutive years by The Hong Kong Council of Social Service, recognizing our effort in building a cohesive society by promoting strategic partnerships among business and social service partners and inspiring corporate social responsibility through caring for the community, employees and the environment.

We care about career growth of our employees. Recently, we received the Manpower Developer Award by Employees Retraining Board which recognizes our effort in demonstrating outstanding achievements in manpower training and development.

Caring workplace mental health is so important for our bottom line. During the pandemic, we celebrated special occasions in safe and more creative ways that surprised our employees and bought engagement to our teams significantly. We also conducted regular site visits to support and recognize our frontline employees who have displayed unsurpassed patience, strong discipline and the highest level of professional maturity in serving our customers even when the works had come more challenging during the COVID time.


As a leading security organization providing services from manpower to security technology, making our place safer is the hallmark of our success. Certis Hong Kong and Macau began to focus on using technology for health and safety in the workplace more to keep up with new laws and standards.

Employee safety monitoring, training and reporting are the few ways that Certis adopt technology to improve workplace safety for employees. Our safety measures also allow remote workers who might face risky situations on a daily basis to communicate with their leaders and headquarters in real-time. Our leaders made fast reactions and decisions to diminish risks of accidents.

We have also equipped our employees with essential skills to identify, understand and respond to signs of addictions and mental illnesses by attending Mental Health Training as well as being certified as Mental Health First-aider.
