平衡员工工作与生活

积极投入社区服务
我们积极回馈社会,参与社会公益活动。自2014年至今,天津恒隆一心义工队累计义工时数近7000小时。在六一儿童节,天津恒隆一心义工队为博爱学校的学生们送出66份饱含爱心的节日礼包和充满活力的夏季运动套装。学生们在六一儿童节的庆祝活动中穿着崭新的运动装登台表演歌舞,参加技能比拼,学习生活技巧,非常开心并感谢天津恒隆广场给予的这份关爱。
2021年暑假开始之初,天津恒隆一心义工队携手新津社区共同举办了“我和BOB的暑期之约”义工活动。此次活动结合场内BOB主题展,通过画扇面的方式,让生们展开了对美好暑期的憧憬。学生们用充满创意的绘画,描绘出一幅幅生动的画面。同时,在互动中,义工们加深了对学生们的认识,了解到他们的暑期愿望,并引导学生们度过一个健康快乐的暑期生活。

We encourage our staff to engage in multidirectional communications with us on the basis of openness, transparency and equality with a view to delivering win-win results.Our staff get real-time updates on our corporate developments through a host of online and offline media, such as our internal bi-monthly newsletter Connections, the intranet and our WeShare portal on WeChat. In 2021, we launched our first-ever employee engagement survey to better understand the needs and aspirations of our people.
Across the breadth of our operations, our people are encouraged to share ideas and suggestions with the management team at our regular “66 Afternoon Tea Gatherings”. We are also improving our WeChat portal “Riverside Buddies” to share company updates and engage our staff real-time with a more lively approach. To date, the account has garnered over 700 followers.
PROMOTING WORK-LIFE BALANCE AMONG STAFF
The wellbeing of our staff is important to us and we are committed to enabling their achievement of work-life balance. Health talks have been organized to foster a better understanding of the importance of having a healthy body and a healthy mind. We know our hardworking staff deserve to have good fun, so we regularly host engaging activities such as Staff Annual Party, Themed Food Festivals, Bimonthly Birthday Party, Summer Fun Game, Health Light Food Program, Women’s Day workshops on mystery box, lucky draw and business etiquette class, as well as Family Day Events. 2020 marked the 60th anniversary of Hang Lung Group, our employees received an additional day of paid annual leave, named Founder’s Day Leave, starting in 2020 to recognize their hard work and contributions. We also formalized flexible work arrangements in 2020. Beginning in March 2020, office employees can apply to start and end work up to an hour earlier or later than the standard working hours or can apply to work from home upon obtaining approval from the direct supervisor.HOLISTIC TALENT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
We have comprehensive training system that enables our employees to grow professionally and personally and make advances together with the company to achieve their ambitions and career goals. CONTRIBUTION TO SOCIETY
We also strive to give back to society through charitable community activities. Tianjin Hang Lung As One Volunteer Team has accumulated over 7,000 hours of service since 2014.On Children’s Day, Hang Lung As One has donated and distributed 66 festival caring packages and summer sport suits to students of BoAi School. On that day, all students put on our new sport suits to perform on the stage, take part in the skills competitions and learn life skills. They were happy and thanked Riverside 66 to deliver this care for them.
In addition, at the beginning of summer vocation 2021, Hang Lung As One worked together with Xinjin Community has held “The Summer Vocation Dating with BoB”, which combined the BoB Show in our mall to invite students painting on the paper fans and expressed their beautiful summer vocation they want. During this activity, the volunteers got more understanding of students and knew about their aspirations, also leading the students to have a healthy and happy summer vocation.
