我们利用线上线下不同的媒介,诸如内部期刊《连系恒隆》、 内联网 、WeShare微信平台等,实时发布公司动态,得以让员工第一时间了解公司资讯。同时,我们也珍惜每一次和员工面对面的交流机会,定期组织安排员工生日会、与管理层的早餐会等各类活动,为不同部门、不同职级的员工创造交流和分享的平台,收集他们的想法和建议。2021年,我们进行了第一次雇员满意度调查,从而更了解员工的需求和抱负。

我们致力于促进员工身心健康,并以“平衡生活和工作”为目标提供了多元化的活动和福利,让每一位恒隆的员工感受到公司对他们的重视。

另外,自2012年起,公司成立了“恒隆一心义工队”,带领员工完成了69项公益志愿服务,服务时数超过7,100小时。公司积极鼓励员工利用自己的时间、知识、技能去帮助社会上需要帮助的弱势群体,从中实现他们更高的社会价值。从2018年开始,公司还为每位参加义工活动的员工注册了“上海市志愿者”称号,其中两位员工还获评为“上海市优秀志愿者”称号,使得员工的志愿服务得到社会的赞赏。

我们提供给员工不同类型的培训和学习发展项目,培育人才及支持员工发展事业。每年年初,我们都会与公司内不同部门、不同职级的员工面谈了解学习及发展需求,深入剖析员工的培训要点,并结合公司战略规划,推出年度《培训总结报告及规划》,回顾与总结上年度培训的工作总结及有效地规划新一年的培训项目。

对处于不同成长阶段、不同级别的员工,我们制定了广泛的培训课程。课程包括入职培训、语言、客户服务、专业发展、领导发展和多媒体课程。

Our staff keeps abreast of updates on our corporate developments through a host of online and offline media, such as our internal monthly newsletter Connections, the intranet and our WeShare portal on WeChat. We value every opportunity of face-to-face exchange with our staff, including regular staff birthday parties and breakfast meetings with management. As staff from different departments and ranks exchange and share their views, we are able to learn about their ideas and suggestions. In 2021, we launched our first-ever employee engagement survey to better understand the needs and aspirations of our people.

CARING FOR STAFF TO ACHIEVE WORK-LIFE BALANCE

We are committed to promoting the wellbeing of our staff through a wealth of activities and benefits that encompass the goal of balancing life and work. These initiatives also embody the attention we have for every employee.

From health talks, neck massage sessions, “cooling down on Great Heat” and “Staff Appreciation Day”, we take all-rounded care of our employees’ wellness. Our staff have completed over 70 charity activities through the Hang Lung As One Volunteer Team since its formation in 2012, clocking over 7,100 hours of voluntary service. Since 2018, we have enrolled every participating staff in Shanghai’s official registry of volunteers and two of our staff have since been named “Outstanding Volunteers of Shanghai City”, a prestigious community recognition.

Beginning in March 2020, office employees can apply to start and end work up to an hour earlier or later than the standard working hours or can apply to work from home upon obtaining approval from the direct supervisor.

GIVING OUR STAFF A BOOST TO DELIVER TOP-NOTCH PERFORMANCE

Our staff have access to a wide range of training and enrichment programs as part of our efforts to cultivate talents and support career development of our employees.

At the beginning of each year, we hold conversations with our staff across different departments and ranks to listen to their learning and development expectations. Incorporating an in-depth analysis of staff enrichment needs and our corporate strategies, we would publish an annual Training Summary and Planning Report to sum up efforts of previous year and outline training plans for the upcoming year.

From orientation for new recruits, language skills, customer service, professional development, leadership training to multimedia, we offer a rich diversity of enrichment programs to staff at different stages of personal growth and ranks.

We are always keen to see our individual employees, teams and the entire company to grow together. Our “Supervision and Management” enrichment series explores the role of supervisors in a workplace and the effective approaches in coaching subordinates, ultimately empowers supervisory staff with well-rounded management skills. Through the “Hang Lung Star Service” training series, our frontline staff would begin their enrichment journey from basic service etiquette, eventually becoming experts in addressing customer complaints. As our people gain a firmer grasp on the essentials of customer service, we are able to deliver an exceptional standard of service to our customers. We also regularly endorse our staff members in participating external training through our membership in various course organizers, thereby providing our staff the opportunity to learn and meet people from outside the company.
