RingCentral铃盛于2011年8月在中国厦门成立研发中心,支持全球业务扩张和核心技术的研发。除厦门之外,目前在杭州和香港均有办公室。每年,我们都会进行RingTones员工调研来收集员工的匿名反馈。2021年,还特设Regional GatheRings China项目,旨在打造管理层和员工之间的沟通渠道,该项目将定期组织GatheRings沟通会,随机抽取员工,就感兴趣的话题,对高管提问或发表意见,获得更直接、近距离的沟通。铃盛认为人才是企业发展的根本,因此我们致力于为员工打造业内一流的工作场所,并积极聆听员工的声音,以不断改进。

RingCentral Xiamen is one of the company’s core technology development hubs, established in 2011. We have also established offices in Hong Kong & Hangzhou.Every year, RingCentral China sends out the “RingTones” employee survey to collect employees’ candid feedback on our performance as an employer.
