A. Employer brand building and operation
The impact of the epidemic on most companies and industries, the emergence of new media platforms, and the "post-95s" as the main labor force, reflect various uncertainties and challenges in the recruitment demand market. Attracting and retaining world-class talent requires effective communications, branding and recruitment strategies.
HR team worked closely with universities to build an on-campus presence, encouraged employee referrals, promoted career opportunities on social media, live-streamed broadcasts, and leveraged technology for digital recruitment. HR团队与大学密切合作，建立校园形象，鼓励员工推荐，在社交媒体上推广职业机会，直播广播，并利用技术进行数字招聘。
- New media platform operation:
Create and operate official accounts on mainstream new media platforms (bilibili, TikTok, Weibo), make LFL Recruitment more digitalization, closer to younger generation.
- Sky Campus/live stream:
Live broadcast on various new media platforms, effectively promote LFL’s brand. As of today, the cumulative number of viewers for the online event has exceeded 100K and we received thousands of messages and comments.
about LFer has insisted to the principle of "stories come from employees" and regularly publish the positive spirit of LFer as a family.
- Internal Referral reward:
In the past year, many regions held internal referral competitions. Referrals in 2021Q1 was exceed 50 people.
- Existing employees Display:
On various new media platforms, we have designed several series such as MT Vlog, LFL Plog, internship diary for existing employees to display, gave people who interested in LFL a strong impression.

Over the past year, the LF Logistics HR team in Shanghai designed new recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality applicants, increase the company’s visibility, raise employee satisfaction and improve employee retention. The team was recognized for all their efforts and was awarded LF GEM Awards by Fung-group and received the ‘2020 China Diamond Standard Enterprise for Healthy Workplace’ certification.
B. Campus-enterprise Cooperation
To optimize internal talent pipeline, enhance employer branding, respond to national production-education integration policy and the reform of social talent training model, Chien-shiung – Li & Fung modern apprenticeship model was formed, current mainly covers three parts: Joint enrollment, co-cultivation, and joint employment.
- Deeply involved in school’s enrollment publicity work.
- We assign lectures to school for systematic teaching, including professional knowledge, such as industry dynamics, the whole process of warehouse, lean and general management courses. At the same time, we also provide professional internship training, like get to know internship, follow-up internship and on-the-job internship.
- During the internship, we provide students with a full range of assessment. For outstanding fresh graduates, we will provide suitable employment opportunities on a voluntary basis.
We will continually work with Chien-shiung to explore new cooperation models, to integrate production and education to achieve a win-win situation for students, schools, and enterprise.
C. My Learning Month
- “My Learning Month” is a learning program to be launched firstly in 2019 by LF Logistics China.
- By sharing multiple topics and targeting with different businesses and projects of In-Country, GFM and FOM, it aims to help employees at different levels to improve their professional quality and do daily work more effectively.

This is the 3rd year to deliver “My Learning Month”, as usual, we prepared several soft skill topics in advance according to the learning needs we collected, such as “High Effective Communication”, “Time & Stress Management”, “Team Basics”, “HR for non HR”, “Project Management”, and also we invited guest speaker from different function for technical skill sharing, like “Automation and Visualization for LFL Operations”, “Lean sharing”, etc.,
