Over the past year, the LF Logistics HR team in Shanghai designed new recruitment initiatives to attract high-quality applicants, increase the company’s visibility, raise employee satisfaction and improve employee retention. The team was recognized for all their efforts and was awarded LF GEM Awards by Fung-group and received the ‘2020 China Diamond Standard Enterprise for Healthy Workplace’ certification.

To optimize internal talent pipeline, enhance employer branding, respond to national production-education integration policy and the reform of social talent training model, Chien-shiung – Li & Fung modern apprenticeship model was formed, current mainly covers three parts: Joint enrollment, co-cultivation, and joint employment.

- We assign lectures to school for systematic teaching, including professional knowledge, such as industry dynamics, the whole process of warehouse, lean and general management courses. At the same time, we also provide professional internship training, like get to know internship, follow-up internship and on-the-job internship.
- During the internship, we provide students with a full range of assessment. For outstanding fresh graduates, we will provide suitable employment opportunities on a voluntary basis.

- 企业委派讲师到学校进行系统化的授课,除了专业理论知识的讲授,如行业动态、仓储全流程、精益及通用管理类课程。同时还为学生的认识实习、跟岗实习、顶岗实习提供专业的实训安排。

- “My Learning Month” is a learning program to be launched firstly in 2019 by LF Logistics China.
- By sharing multiple topics and targeting with different businesses and projects of In-Country, GFM and FOM, it aims to help employees at different levels to improve their professional quality and do daily work more effectively.
- 自2019年起,利丰供应链中国区第一次开始实施“职业素养月”学习发展项目。
- 旨在通过多个主题的分享,并面向In-Country,GFM以及FOM等不同的业务和项目,帮助不同层级的员工提升职业素养,更有效地面对日常工作。

This is the 3rd year to deliver “My Learning Month”, as usual, we prepared several soft skill topics in advance according to the learning needs we collected, such as “High Effective Communication”, “Time & Stress Management”, “Team Basics”, “HR for non HR”, “Project Management”, and also we invited guest speaker from different function for technical skill sharing, like “Automation and Visualization for LFL Operations”, “Lean sharing”, etc.,

We covered In-Country south and east region, GFM Ningbo office and FOM Shanghai office, there are 32 training sessions delivered and more than 600 office colleagues joined us.
